We were not disappointed! We had them fully sanded, stained, and sealed. The work took approximately 4 days of work which was spread over about 6 total days and he accommodated us on our tight time frame which was greatly appreciated, granted he was booked out in advance, he made it happen!! The floors look brand new and it was worth every penny. Pretty affordable and terrific work, I would highly recommend them.

Following a rewiring project that involved removal of decades old carpeting, our realtor advised us to ask Calabrese Flooring to refinish two hallways and two staircases of battered and somewhat creaky oak and pine floors.  The result was excellent. 


 Calabrese transformed these areas from eyesores to beauty spots.  In the process, he alerted us to structural issues hidden by the old carpeting, worked with our structural engineer and contractor to design sound and attractive repairs, and concocted stains that matched multiple vintages of flooring.  Mikes combination of technical skill, cooperative work style, and keen eye for color and design makes us happy to recommend Calabrese Flooring.
